The 75-minute multimedia adventure tour through the baroque castle contains 26 audio and image stations: the guest hears details about the history of the castle, listens to the dialogues of historical people, sees picture galleries and slide shows - for example about the destruction of Bruchsal Castle in World War II or about the restoration of the state rooms, which was completed in 2017.
Tour for children
Younger guests can go on their own 45-minute tour and explore the palace at 16 fascinating stations. Together with the page Philipp and the parrot Filou, children delve into mysterious underworlds, stride up the palace’s famous staircase and find out all about the vanities of the bishop and the warmheartedness of the margravine – here, history comes to life with a sense of fun.
